New buymenu

The buymenu is nearly the same like in Counter Strike: Source, it just has an other design, other content and it doesn't have the autobuy and rebuy functions (why should it?). The worst problem was MouseOverPanelButton, but I did manage to make it work as well.

New Trabant, first weapon and others

It's holiday and a new update is coming along with it.

Trabant P601S

I decided to start the Trabant model from the scratch. Finalized parts include the body, bumpers, doors, front and rear lights, blinkers, glass, mirrors and tires with rims, though you can't see them on the included renders. Only a little part of the interior is finished - the roof.
No problems or errors occured in the modeling process, but the current polycount is 39108, which will be drastically reduced in the final version.

What do you think about the new design?

Kill a policeman and get some cash.

When you kill a policeman, you get a random amount of cash from $150 to $300.

Car - Update 01/08/2007

We've started making the first car, that will be used by the policemen. It's Škoda Octavia Combi RS. Only the front of the car is completed (bumper, hood, lights and splashboards), so i won't post any screens yet.

Flat - Update

Most of all bugs is repaired, now we are concentrating at lights. Momentally, fullbright is the biggest problem, because it can't be disabled by the mat_fullbright 0 command, even with sv_cheats set to 1 (of course, with some (dynamic) lights in the map).

Moveable radiators were repaired in a very easy way - checking Disable Motion on the Flags tab. Unpassable doors also became past and a new, much more realistic 3D skybox was created.

Flat

The first map in the game will be a flat. Living room, kitchen and hallway are almost completed, and I've also finished views from windows.

Source engine

In this article I'll tell you, why have we chosen the Source engine and I'll show you it's features.

New logo

Using Photoshop, MS Paint and Irfan View, I've finally made a logo for PBrut. It's propably final version. I think it's clear, that it is made from the base of HL2 logo.

Moddb.com

Moddb.com is a game mods database :D.
We public our project on moddb.com (http://mods.moddb.com/9527/police-brutality-sp/). There are some great tutorials on these pages (we use e.g. "Creating weapon for Source" or "Complete guide for customizing a single-player mod").
